Terms and Conditions
A non refundable deposit of 25% of the rental cost is required to secure the booking
Payment can be made by cheque in either Euros or Sterling. Credit cards are not accepted. Cheques need to be made payable to Gites du Logis
Balance is due for payment 8 weeks prior to the arrival date.
£150/€200 security deposit is required in case of any damage to the property or its contents occurs. The security deposit cheque should be separate to the rental deposit cheque. If the property is left as it was received the security deposit cheque is returned within 2 weeks of departure.
Cheque payment in £ can be accepted. Exchange rate to be determined on the day of sending cheque.
No pets allowed at Hennessy or Otard but pets are accepted at Martell.
Arrival time is after 4pm on Saturdays and departures are by 10a.m. the following Saturday.
Short breaks may be available on request, outside of peak times.
Smoking is not permitted in any of the accommodation.
We can accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or death which may occur whilst staying at Gites du Logis.
